- Refunds are available for digital products that have not been accessed or downloaded. If you have not yet started the workshop or tutorial, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- For live workshops or consulting services, refunds are only eligible if the service has not yet commenced or if the service is canceled by GoldRich.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
